Vita Meridian LLC (“Vita Meridian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, use the WeighCal mobile application, create an account, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services.

If you enable step tracking, WeighCal may collect step count data from Apple Health with your permission. We use this data to show daily step progress, charts, goals, activity summaries, and user-requested exports.
Step tracking is optional. You can disable Apple Health access at any time through Apple Health or iOS Settings.
If you enable Apple Health write sync, WeighCal may write weight, sleep, and water entries to Apple’s Health store on your device. This data is written locally and is not transmitted to our servers. Write sync is optional for each data type. You can disable write access at any time via iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → WeighCal.
We do not sell Apple Health data, use it for advertising or tracking, or share it with data brokers. We do not send raw Apple Health step count data to product analytics providers.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate our services, such as providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, customer support, and technical operations. We use Mixpanel for internal product analytics. We do not use Mixpanel for cross-app or cross-website tracking, targeted advertising, or selling personal information. Mixpanel may derive approximate coarse location, such as city, region, or country, from the IP address associated with analytics requests; we do not use this for cross-app or cross-website tracking. We do not send raw meal descriptions, food names, exact weight values, barcode values, nutrition label OCR text, image URLs, Apple transaction IDs, receipt payloads, email addresses, names, medical notes, or other raw user-entered free text to Mixpanel.
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
WeighCal is intended to support general wellness, lifestyle tracking, and habit awareness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
